the past two days had been pretty crazy!

yesterday i suddenly feel like visiting my friends in london: catherine t. (highschool buddy) and ingrid y. (waterloo fellowship friend). went on a daytrip, left richmond hill at 9.30am and got back at 11.00pm.

God performed such a wonderful miracle! as i was leaving richmond hill in the morning, i prayed that it doesn't rain while i'm in london. and God gave me that exact window of time! the rain stopped the moment i arrived at catherine's place in london. and the rain (thundershower) resumed just before i'm about to head back to toronto. the driving condition was horrendous both ways. i will never ever drive on highway at night through thundershowers especially the section on 401 just west of waterloo is under construction at the moment.

today started off super well but all downhills afterwards. was woken up at 8.30am by the alcatel hr person telling me that the offer package is ready!! i took a quick shower and rushed to alcatel to sign the offer letter. the downhill begins in the afternoon when I went to the o.h.i.p. to transfer my medical insurance over to ontario's. i have #275 where it's currently serving #259. after 15+ minutes, it's still #259. so instead of continuing to wait, i rushed downstairs to move my car to a further location (free parking), yet i was 2 minutes late in moving my car so had to pay for extra half hour parking >.<. after i moved my car to far far away and walked back to the o.h.i.p. office, it's #291. i got another ticket and just had to wait 20 or so minutes for my turn.

then i drove from sheppard/yonge to alcatel (weston/steeles) via hwy401. there was an accident in the collector where all the cars are driving around 10~30km/hr. i couldnt wait any longer, but after i got off bathrust i found out that the traffic's all clear after bathrust. on my way back to richmond hill from alcatel, while on finch just before the highway, the second car in front of mine blown its engine or something and had caused a major traffic jam at the intersection. nice day eh?!?! :p
