isn't this amazing?!?! i blogged again in less than 4 weeks!! :p
anyways, it's quite rare for me to be working in the office (rather than on the monorail). the past 2 weeks had been really crazy, been working from at least 7am - 7pm every day. then dinner out after work, and it'd been around 10pm by the time i get back to the hotel room.
this morning was great! i was able to talk on phone with my gf for almost 30 minutes. we haven't spoke much the last few days because i've been getting back to the hotel after 10pm (1am est) and having to be back in the office by 7am local time.
well, just to let you know how i've been doing other than *work*. i went to monte carlo to see the lance burton magic show on wednesday night with Joseph and his wife. he performed numerous classic magic such as making a corvette disappear on the stage, making himself disappear, pulling coins from behind the audience's ears... and i had the thanksgiving morning off, and we (Joseph, his wife, and me) went to red rock canyon, and we did some rock climbing. it was fantastic!!!! no time to put the pictures on the web yet, so wait until i'm back in toronto then! :)
gotta go....mororail testing again...

once again, it's been a month since i last blogged.
despite that this blog is typed in toronto, i'll be going to las vegas, lv in short, again in 3 days. however, this time i'm not looking forward to the business trip for several reason:
1. i'll miss my gf terribly, it'll be at least 3 weeks before i'll see her and hold her hands again >.<. but fortunately that we have such sophisticated telecom network that we can still talk regularly and have Bible discussions!
2. i hope this time i can walk closely with God during my stay in lv. the 4-weeks that i was there, many days i did not do my daily devotion because i had to work from 7am-10pm many times.
3. the reason for the trip is to 'fix problems'. there are numerous problems with the lv monorail, especially with the system that my group is responsible for. if the problems are not completely fixed by the time i leave vegas again (12/8), then most likely i'll have to head down to lv during xmas holidays.
tomorrow night i'll be able to goto fellowship for the first time since the antioch retreat back in late september. further, there will be a worship summit workshop held at bramalea alliance church this saturday from 9am-4pm! very excited in going there!
i just finished attending the lectures of new testament foundation from cts-east. the course is not done yet, we still have to write a 30-page essay on *anything* in new testament. i'm trying to finish reading the entire new testament before i choose a topic to write. currently, after reading matthew, mark, and parts of luke, i'm thinking about writing on the holy spirit or something to do with mission (tentmaker?!?), or combination of both.
